1. Validity
   Promotion valid through December 31, 2026. 
2. Eligibility

• Valid for users aged 18+ with an account in the Dominican Republic who have not previously completed verification.
• Applies to new registrations or existing unverified users.
• Limited to one account per person/household/IP/device.

3. What does it consist of?

• Make your first deposit on Betcris for a minimum amount of RD$700 or more.
• Verify your account with Customer Support (KYC).
• Once the first deposit and verification are confirmed, Betcris will credit RD$700 in Free Play within a maximum of 12 hours.
  Important: The benefit is granted only after the first deposit and completed verification.

4. How is account verification completed?
    Verification is carried out through the Customer Support team. You can validate your account using the following methods:

• Valid government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, or driver’s license)
• Phone number verification.
• Email address verification.

5. When is the bonus credited?
    Once the process is completed, contact Customer Support via live chat. After verifying the player’s information, a validation call will be made to confirm the details. Following this confirmation, the Free Play will be credited within a maximum of 12 hours after successful account verification. 
6. Qualified first deposit
   The deposit must be your first deposit on Betcris and must be made within the promotional period.
   The following do not qualify: third-party deposits, reversals/chargebacks, or manual adjustments.
   The payment method holder must match the Betcris account holder. 
7. Extra Free Play RD$700 conditions

• Amount: RD$700 in Free Play
• All sports bets (pre-match or live) qualify. Casino and Horses are excluded.
• Usage validity: 5 days from the moment of crediting
• Wagering requirement on winnings: 15x before withdrawal
• Can only be combined with other first deposit bonuses.
• Personal and non-transferable bonus

8. Compatibility with First Deposit Bonus
    The first deposit that unlocks this extra may also qualify for the “JUEGADOBLEDO” bonus if:

• The user activates the code before making the first deposit and complies with its specific T&Cs
• The verification Free Play (RD$700) is an independent extra:
• It cannot be used to fulfill deposit or wagering requirements of the first deposit bonus
• If the user does not activate the bonus code before the first deposit, it will not apply to that deposit

9. Crediting and support
    Once the first deposit and account verification (KYC) requirements are validated, the RD$700 extra will be credited within ≤ 12 hours.

10. Restrictions
     Only one participation per user in this promotion.
     Accounts showing restrictions or signs of abuse/fraud (multi-accounting, impersonation, arbitrage/hedging, automation) may be excluded and/or lose the benefit.
     Betcris reserves the right to request additional documentation and to adjust or cancel the bonus in case of system errors or breach of these T&Cs.
     Any attempt at fraud, identity theft, or suspicious activity will void the right to the bonus.
