1. Validity

3. What is it?

     • Verify your account with Customer Service (KYC).

4. How is account verification performed?

Verification is handled by the Customer Service team. You can verify your account using the following methods:

5. When is the credit applied?

6. First qualifying deposit

7. Terms and Conditions for the Extra RD$700 Free Play

   • All sports bets (pre-match or in-play) qualify. Casino and horse racing bets are excluded.
   • Validity period: 5 days from the date of issuance.
   • Wagering requirement on winnings: 15x before withdrawal.
   • Can only be combined with other first-deposit bonuses.
   • This voucher is personal and non-transferable.
8. Eligibility for the First Deposit Bonus

The first deposit that qualifies for this bonus can also be matched with “JUEGADOBLEDO” if:

• • • The user activates the code before making their first deposit and complies with the specific terms and conditions.
    • The verification Free Play (RD$700) is a separate bonus:
    • It cannot be used to meet the deposit requirement or the rollover requirement for the first-deposit bonus.
    • If the user does not redeem the promo code before making that first deposit, it will not be applied to that deposit.

9. Accreditation and Care

Once your first deposit and account verification (KYC) have been validated, the RD$700 bonus will be credited within 12 hours.

10. Restrictions

Only one entry per user in this promotion.

Accounts with restrictions or signs of abuse/fraud (multiple accounts, impersonation, arbitrage/hedging, automation) may be excluded and/or lose their benefits.

Any attempt at fraud, identity theft, or suspicious activity will void your eligibility for the voucher.
