Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the conduct and implementation of this promotional activity, for the sole purpose of commercial advertising, shall be governed solely and exclusively by these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is organized exclusively by BETCRIS BANCA DE APUESTA S.R.L., located at Ave. Lope De Vega No. 29, Torre Novo Centro, Suite 501, Ensanche Naco, Santo Domingo, National District, Dominican Republic (hereinafter also referred to as “THE ORGANIZER”). THE ORGANIZER is solely responsible for organizing the promotion and offering the benefits associated with it.
ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE:
The sweepstakes/promotion for advertising purposes only for the 2026 Champions League and beyond, “THE PROMOTION,” is associated with the Betcris brand and involves “THE PLAYER” making deposits through the official website www.betcris.do , at duly authorized agencies, or through any of the official payment methods (except through DISASHOP point-of-sale terminals).
Only deposits made during the promotional period from March 16, 2026, to May 30, 2026, in an amount ofRD$4,000.00 (four thousand Dominican pesos) or more will be considered valid.
It is expressly clarified that deposits are not cumulative; that is, multiple deposits will not be added together to reach the minimum amount required.
For each single deposit that meets the specified amount, the PLAYER will receive one (1) electronic ticket to participate in the drawing, thereby increasing their chances of winning.

SECTION 3. TERM:
From March 16, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. to May 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Dominican Republic Time).
SECTION 4. TERRITORY:
This promotion shall be valid and effective solely within the Dominican Republic and shall be governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. The ordinary courts of the Dominican Republic shall have jurisdiction to hear any disputes regarding the provisions of these rules and the bodies established for this purpose, as well as all matters related tothe 2026 Champions League promotion.
SECTION5.PLAYERS / PARTICIPANTS:
Anyone who meets the following requirements may participate:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, current ID.
- Accept these terms and conditions.
- Hold a gaming account, which must be active on the website betcris.do.
- Be a resident of the Dominican Republic.
- Comply with the other conditions set forth in the promotion rules outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
- The following individuals are excluded from participating in THE PROMOTION: Betcris employees, including affiliates, agents, and immediate family members or those living in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion; minors, and partners, shareholders, employees, collaborators, suppliers, directors, officers, consultants, agents, advertising agencies, as well as employees, their parents, children, siblings, spouses, siblings-in-law, and romantic partners of THE ORGANIZER and its parent companies.
In the event that, in violation of these rules, it is determined that one of the aforementioned individuals has participated in the contest and wins any of the prizes, such participation will be void, and THE ORGANIZER will hold the contest again to select another winner.
THE ORGANIZER shall automatically invalidate any entry by any Participant if the Organizer determines that the Participant has attempted to, or has actually succeeded in, unlawfully or fraudulently manipulating the administration, security, fairness, and proper conduct of the promotion, including the falsification of data or use of any means.
SIX. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

SECTION 8. DRAWING AND AWARD CEREMONY:
The drawing for the 2026 Champions League Premium Kit will take place on Monday , June 8, 2026, while the official award ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, in accordance with the procedures established by the organization. The winner will have a period of 5 (five) business days to claim the prize (until Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Dominican Republic time). If the prize has not been claimed by the end of this period, it will be consideredunclaimed, andthe Organizer may, at its sole discretion,reassign it to another participant ordeclare it void, as appropriate. In such a case, the winnerwill automatically forfeit allrights to the prize andwill not be entitled to any claim, compensation, or indemnification ofany kind.
Winners will be selected via theAppSorteos platform, ensuring a random and transparent process. For each main winner, analternate will be designated, who will be contacted only if the winner does not respond or cannot be verified. If necessary, we will proceed to the alternates in succession until a valid winner is confirmed.
- Winners will be contacted byphone using the contact information provided in their account. IfTHE ORGANIZER does nothave a registered phone number, or if the number is incomplete, incorrect, inactive, or does not allow for effective contact with the winner, the winner will be disqualified and the next winner on the alternate list will be contacted.
- Three (3) call attempts will be made.
- Once the winner responds, they will receive confirmation via email and Inbox (provided they have opted in to receive promotional emails).
Winners must present a valid form of identification to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being considered unclaimed, and it may be reassigned to another participant or declared void, with no right to a subsequent claim. The prize may not be redeemed by any person other than the WINNER, nor is it transferable to another person.
By participating in THE PROMOTION, participants and winners agree to hold THE ORGANIZER harmless and indemnify it against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, and obligations of any kind incurred by the winner, their family members, or any person or property associated with them, arising out of their participation in this promotion or their acceptance, possession, use, enjoyment, or failure to use the prize.
ARTICLE 9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES:
By participating in this promotion, the player/participant acknowledges that such participation constitutes an acknowledgment of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions, and agrees to abide by the terms set forth herein, the game rules, and the regulations of the Organizer, Betcris Banca de Apuesta S.R.L.
SECTION 10. JURISDICTION:
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, based on the principles of proportionality and reasonableness; the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction and authority of the courts of the city of Santo Domingo de Guzmán, National District, the capital of the Republic.
SECTION 11. AMENDMENT, EXTENSION, AND CANCELLATION:
THE ORGANIZER may suspend THE PROMOTION provided that it first obtains approval from the Executive Directorate of the National Institute for the Protection of Consumer Rights (Pro-Consumidor), in accordance with Article 2 of Resolution No. 009/2011 on the Regulation of Contests, Raffles, and Sweepstakes in the Dominican Republic, issued by Pro-Consumidor, on October 20, 2011, in the following cases: (1) In the event of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure that change the date of the events or affect the possibility of conducting the drawing; if an event occurs that halts commercial activity in the Dominican Republic, such as wars, pandemics, or union strikes lasting more than 48 hours on the date of the event; or if an event occurs that jeopardizes the safety of participating citizens. The Organizing Company shall be obligated to change the nature or characteristics of the prizes; to this end, it shall make an official announcement via the company’s digital media or traditional media; (2) If the winning participants do not strictly comply with all their obligations under these rules or fail to meet the stipulated requirements and conditions; (3) If any of the winners, directly or indirectly, commit any act that damages the reputation of THE ORGANIZER, its representatives or agents, its brands, or its public relations in the market; (4) If the winners, for any reason, do not accept the prize, in which case it shall be considered, for all legal purposes, as forfeited, and THE ORGANIZER may dispose of the prize as it deems appropriate.
TWELFTH. DATA PROTECTION AND IMAGE RIGHTS:
The personal data requested to activate your participation will be stored in an automated database so that it may be used for communications related to this promotion and to enable THE ORGANIZER to contact you. The winner agrees to allow verification of their identity and the use of their name and likeness (Right of Publicity) by THE ORGANIZER, without additional compensation; and (b) agrees to release THE ORGANIZER from any claims or damages that may arise in connection with the contest, sweepstakes, or promotion. The database is strictly confidential, and regarding the personal data recorded, the data subject may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection at any time. To do so, they need only contact the parties indicated in these rules. In the event of erasure or objection to the data, the participant will be excluded from the contest and will not be entitled to make any claim regarding the prizes. In order to verify the Prize, the potential winner(s) must authorize the use of their name, voice, or image in various advertising media to publicize the results of the promotion, either during the promotional period or after it has ended. THE ORGANIZER may disclose personal information as part of an actual or proposed corporate transaction, such as a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or disposition of all or any part of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings). Your personal information may be processed by THE ORGANIZER, its affiliates or related companies, or service providers engaged by them anywhere in the world, including countries where data privacy laws may not be equivalent to or as protective as the laws of the Dominican Republic. THE ORGANIZER will implement appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information remains protected and secure when transferred outside the Dominican Republic, in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Additionally, winners grant the right of use of their image and agree to allow the production and use of photographic, audiovisual, digital, or any other form of media. These may be disseminated through any medium or channel that includes their image as a winner of the drawing, in promotional campaigns and other supporting materials deemed relevant for dissemination to promote and share this experience as a Betcris winner.
Participants in this promotion agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the Entities and their designees and assignees may use the participant's name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, or other visual likeness for advertising or commercial purposes or for any other purpose in any medium or format now known or hereafter developed without additional compensation (financial or otherwise), permission, or notification.
All information received will be considered and treated as confidential, and security measures implemented by BETCRIS BANCA DE APUESTA S.R.L. will be applied in accordance with the requirements established in the relevant regulations to ensure its proper handling. BETCRIS BANCA DE APUESTA S.R.L. informs the participant that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection in the event that information considered Personal Data is requested from them. BETCRIS BANCA DE APUESTA S.R.L. isexempt from reaffirming its obligation to disclose information considered confidential if requested by a competent authority in compliance with tax or anti-money laundering regulations. In the event of such requests, THE ORGANIZER will notify the participant of the disclosure of this information, provided that the competent authority permits it.
SECTION 13. LIABILITY:
The ORGANIZER’s liability is limited solely and exclusively to awarding prizes to individuals who can be verified as winners. Under no circumstances shall the ORGANIZER be held liable for anything other than the awarding of the prize, nor shall it assume any responsibility for the use or disposition of the prizes by the winner.
THE ORGANIZER will not intervene in, nor assume any liability for, any disputes or issues regarding the ownership of such prize. The entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and shall be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage, including personal injury or death of the winner or third parties, or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, for any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or participation in this promotion.
The winners expressly release BETCRIS BANCA DE APUESTA S.R.L. from any liability, situation, or restrictions that may arise at the event, stadium, or while traveling to them. It is understood in this clause that BETCRIS BANCA DE APUESTA S.R.L. will only provide what is promised in Article Seven of this agreement. Therefore, anything not promised in this article is excluded from the contractual relationship regarding this prize.
SECTION 14. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Promotion available only to persons over the age of 18 residing in the Dominican Republic.
- This promotion is available only to casual players.
- Betcris reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel for legal or regulatory reasons this promotion at any time.
- Players are only eligible if they reside in the Dominican Republic.
- By participating in the event, participants grant THE ORGANIZER an express, royalty-free, and irrevocable authorization—unless the participant expressly states otherwise—to use their name, image, and voice for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes directly or indirectly related to this event, or in any other campaign, communication, or promotional material of THE ORGANIZER. This authorization includes use in print, digital, and audiovisual media, social media, internal materials, and any other distribution channel that THE ORGANIZER deems appropriate, for a maximum period of one (1) year following the conclusion of the promotion.
- The participant may revoke this authorization at any time by sending a written notice to THE ORGANIZER, accompanied by a copy of their ID card and voter registration card or passport, without prejudice to any use made prior to the date of receipt of such notice.
- THE ORGANIZER shall not be responsible for:

These rules set forth the terms and conditions governing the “FOOTBALL UNITES US” promotion. Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the conduct and execution of this promotional activity, for the sole purpose of commercial advertising, shall be governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is organized exclusively by BETCRIS BANCA DE APUESTA S.R.L., located at Ave. Lope de Vega No. 29, Torre Novo Centro, Suite 501, Ensanche Naco, Santo Domingo, National District, Dominican Republic (hereinafter also referred to as “THE ORGANIZER”).
THE ORGANIZER is solely responsible for organizing the promotionandproviding the benefits associated with it.
2. PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: This promotion is valid only in the Dominican Republic and will run from May 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. until May 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (local time).
3. RESTRICTION: This promotion is intended exclusively for recreational players, defined as users who participate on the platform for personal entertainment and not as part of a professional, systematic, or primarily profit-driven activity.
THE ORGANIZER will verify the eligibility of participants based on technical, legal, and verifiable criteria before awarding prizes and at any time during the contest. Participants must comply with Betcris’s terms and conditions and the prohibitions issued by the Directorate of Casinos and Games of Chance of the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
4. DEPOSIT AMOUNT: For every cumulative amount of RD$3,000 (three thousand Dominican pesos) resulting from individual deposits of RD$3,000 (three thousand Dominican pesos) or more made during the promotion period on the official websitewww.betcris.via any enabled payment method (except DISASHOP) and/or at duly authorized agencies, the participant will receive one (1) electronic ticket to participate in the drawing.
Individual deposits of less than RD$3,000 (three thousand Dominican pesos) will not count toward the accumulation requirement and cannot be combined with other deposits to meet the minimum required amount.
There is no limit to the number of e-tickets a participant can obtain during the promotional period, provided they meet the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
To participate in the promotion, users must select the promotional code FUTBOL whenmaking their deposit, whether through the online cashier or at a physical branch. If the deposit is made in cash, the user must ask the teller to apply the promotional code at the time of the transaction. If the promotional code is not entered or applied during the deposit process, that deposit will not be considered valid for the purposes of the promotion.
The applicable payment methods will be subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions, and regulations specific to each method in effect in the Dominican Republic at the time of the transaction.
Earning Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)
For the purposes of this promotion, customers in the Diamond and VIP segments will be eligible for a differentiated share accumulation plan. Specifically, deposits of RD$121,000 or more but less than RD$181,500 will generate double (2x) the points, while deposits of RD$181,500 or more will generate triple (3x) the points. The application of this benefit is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Betcris reserves the right to make any changes, adjustments, or restrictions to the awarding of these benefits, depending on the customer's behavior.
Diamond Status upon making a first deposit of RD$60,000 or more:
Customers whose initial deposit is equal to or greater than RD$60,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond tier within 24 hours and will receive the benefits associated with the Diamond tier of our loyalty program.
If any unusual, irregular, or suspicious activity is detected, Betcris reserves the right to review, limit, or cancel any benefits granted, without prior notice.
In addition, all eligible accounts will be subject to further review and verification by Betcris as a condition for qualifying for and retaining the corresponding benefits.
5. DRAW DATE: The drawing for the “FOOTBALL UNITES US” promotion will take place on Monday, June 1, 2026.
Winners will be selected via the AppSorteos platform , ensuring a random and transparent process. For each main winner, an alternate will be designated, who will be contacted only if the main winner does not respond or cannot be verified. If necessary, we will proceed to the alternates in succession until a valid winner is confirmed.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information on file in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the email address associated with the account and/or messages sent to the phone number associated with the account, as applicable and depending on the availability of the channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) attempts to contact the participant by phone using the contact information provided by the participant. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will forfeit their status as a winner, and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with the procedures established by THE ORGANIZER, with no right to further claim.
Once the winner responds and contact has been successfully established, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided that the user has enabled the receipt of promotional communications.
After being notified by phone that they have won, the participant must submit a valid form of identification for verification purposes within a maximum of twelve (12) hours from the time of such notification. Once the winner’s identity has been verified, the digital tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the winner.
It is the winner’s sole responsibility to provide a valid email address and to verify receipt of the prize. THE ORGANIZER shall not be liable for any errors in the email address provided by the winner, nor for any failures attributable to email services, spam filters, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
7. PROMOTION PRIZES:Participants who meet the conditions set forthin these Terms and Conditions will be entered into a drawing for five (5) travel packages, each consisting of two tickets to attend the group stage matches listed in the prize table attached to this promotion, for the winner and one (1) guest. Winners are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas to claim the prize; if they fail to do so, THE ORGANIZER may make the prize available to a new winner selected at random.
Each package includes:

The inclusion of airfare and/or accommodations will depend on the winner’s country of residence or geographic location, as well as on logistical, operational, and availability criteria determined by THE ORGANIZER.

The match assigned to each winner will not be of their own choosing and will be determined solely based on the order in which participants are selected in the drawing. Consequently, the first winner selected will receive the package for the Argentina vs. Algeria match, the second winner for the Colombia vs. Republic of the Congo match, the third winner for the Ecuador vs. Germany match, the fourth winner for the Uruguay vs. Spain match, and the fifth winner for the Colombia vs. Portugal match, in accordancewith the order established in the prize table defined by the organizer.
The prize does not include:
Travel visas or other permits required for beneficiaries to enjoy the package, including any immigration, departure, or entry requirements for a country or territory
Unexpected expenses at the hotel (e.g., long-distance calls, room service, laundry, minibar items), loss or damage to hotel property, or other expenses incurred at the hotel.
Any expenses not included in the scheduled itinerary (e.g., meals, events, activities not included in the program, shopping, transportation to local sites during free time, additional food expenses).
This does not include air travel from any other city in the Dominican Republic to Santo Domingo.
Any other expenses not included in the package.
Any taxes, fees, or charges that may be levied on or in connection with your participation in the Promotion or the receipt of the Prize, as well as any expenses incurred in participating in the Promotion or when claiming, collecting, or using the Prizes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Participants.
The prize winners acknowledge and agree that THE ORGANIZER assumes no liability whatsoever for accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur before, during, and after the prize trip, including transportation to and from the airport in the Dominican Republic as well as in Kansas City, New York, New Jersey, and Miami in the USA, and Guadalajara, Mexico, including any persons they have selected as companions.
Participants who earn entries during this phase will automatically be entered into Phase 3, which involves the drawing for the cash prize or consolation prize described below.
CASH PRIZE (CONSOLATION PRIZE) All participants who meet the conditions described in the fourth section above will be eligible to win a total of RD$180,000.00, divided into seven (07) cash prizes.
This prize is solely a consolation prize and does not replace the grand prize.
The drawing for the consolation cash prizes will take place on Monday, July 20, 2026, and the prizes will be distributed as follows:

Winners of cash prizes must claim their prizes and complete the prize validation and acceptance process by July 31, 2026.
If a winner fails to complete this process within the specified time frame, they will automatically forfeit their right to the cash prize, without any right to claim, compensation, or indemnification, and THE ORGANIZER may dispose of the prize at its discretion in accordance with its internal policies and applicable regulations.
In the event of any disputes regarding this contest, the ORGANIZER may resolve any issues by interpreting this text.
8.COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS: Thispromotion may be combined with other current promotions offered by THE ORGANIZER, provided that such promotions permit it in accordance with their respective Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility for and participation in the cash prizes associated with the "FOOTBALL UNITES US" promotion may be accumulated throughout all phases or stages of the promotion, taking into account the entries obtained during its duration.
Cash prizes will be awarded once the entire promotion has concluded, on the date set by THE ORGANIZER for the corresponding drawing, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, players fully accept these Terms and Conditions and indicate their full and unconditional agreement with (a) these Official Rules and (b) the decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which are final and binding.
10. PARTICIPATION LIMITS: Each participant may earn multiple entries in the promotion based on deposits made that meet the established requirements. However, only one account per person is permitted. Participants who use multiple accounts, identities other than their own, IP addresses, VPNs, devices, or any other method to disrupt the normal course of the promotion or violate these Terms and Conditions will be automatically disqualified.
11. Modifications or changes to the promotion: THE ORGANIZER may modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time by amending these rules and with the consent of PROCONSUMIDOR; in such cases, the modifications, cancellations, or extensions will be communicated through THE ORGANIZER’s media channels.
12. PROMOTION TERRITORY AND MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: The promotion is available only to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) and is limited to the territory of the Dominican Republic.
13. ADDITIONAL RULES: All House Rules apply.
14. APPLICABLE LAW: The promotion shall be governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic, and the competent authorities in the Dominican Republic shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the law.
15. ORGANIZER’S RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless THE ORGANIZER, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize.
16. USE OF DATA AND IMAGE: By participating, participants grant THE ORGANIZER express and royalty-free authorization, unless the participant expressly states otherwise, to use their name, image, and voice for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes directly or indirectly related to this Activity, or in any other campaign, communication, or promotional material of THE ORGANIZER, in accordance with applicable regulations. This authorization includes use in print, digital, and audiovisual media, social media, internal materials, and any other dissemination channel that THE ORGANIZER deems appropriate, for a maximum period of one (1) year following the conclusion of the promotion. The participant may revoke this authorization at any time by sending a written notice to THE ORGANIZER, accompanied by a copy of their identification document, without prejudice to any uses made prior to the date of receipt of such notice.

Betcris reserves the right to make any modifications, adjustments, or restrictions to the allocation of these benefits, based on customer behavior.
Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of RD$60,000 or More
Customers whose initial deposit amount is equal to or greater than RD$60,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond category of our loyalty program within a maximum period of 24 hours, acquiring the benefits corresponding to the Diamond level of our Loyalty Program.
In the event that unusual, irregular, or potentially anomalous behavior is detected, Betcris may review, limit, or cancel the granted benefits without prior notice.

5. DRAW DATE:

The selection of winners will be carried out through the AppSorteos platform, guaranteeing a random and transparent process. For each main winner, one alternate will be designated, who will be contacted only in case the main winner does not respond or cannot be validated. 6. COMMUNICATION TO WINNERS:
THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, by telephone call and/or email sent to the email associated with the account and/or messages directed to the telephone number associated with the account, as applicable and depending on the availability of communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) attempts to contact by telephone using the information registered by the participant. The assignment of the corresponding match to each winner will not be freely chosen and will be determined exclusively according to the order in which participants are selected in the draw. Consequently, the first selected winner will receive the package corresponding to the Match Argentina vs Algeria, the second winner to the Match Colombia vs Republic of the Congo, the third winner to the Match Ecuador vs Germany, the fourth winner to the Match Uruguay vs Spain, and the fifth winner to the Match Colombia vs Portugal, in accordance with the order established in the prize table defined by the organizer.
The Prize does not include:
