TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROMOTION FOOTBALL THAT UNITES US

1. ORGANIZER
These rules establish the terms and conditions that will govern the promotion FOOTBALL THAT UNITES US. Any person who wishes to participate (hereinafter “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and accepts that the development and execution of this promotional activity, for exclusive commercial advertising purposes, will be subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is organized exclusively by BETCRIS BANCA DE APUESTA S.R.L., domiciled at Ave. Lope de Vega No. 29, Torre Novo Centro, Local 501, Ensanche Naco, City of Santo Domingo, National District, Dominican Republic (hereinafter also referred to as “THE ORGANIZER”).

THE ORGANIZER is solely responsible for organizing the promotion and offering the benefits related to it.

2. PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: 

The promotion applies exclusively to Ecuador and will be valid from June 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours until June 30, 2026, at 23:59 hours (local time).

3. RESTRICTION:
This promotion is directed exclusively to recreational players, understood as those users who participate on the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not as a professional, systematic activity or with predominantly profit-oriented purposes.

THE ORGANIZER will verify, based on technical, legal and verifiable criteria, the eligibility of participants before proceeding with the delivery of prizes and at any time during the contest. Participants must comply with Betcris terms and conditions and the prohibitions of the Directorate of Casinos and Games of Chance of the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

4. DEPOSIT AMOUNT:
For each cumulative amount of RD$3,000 (three thousand Dominican pesos), derived from individual deposits equal to or greater than the minimum deposit of RD$3,000 (three thousand Dominican pesos), made during the validity of the promotion on the official site www.betcris.do through any enabled payment method (except DISASHOP) and/or at duly authorized agencies, the participant will obtain one (1) electronic ticket to participate in the draw.

Each time a participant reaches again the cumulative amount established of RD$3,000 (three thousand Dominican pesos), they will obtain one (1) additional electronic ticket, independently.

Individual deposits for amounts lower than RD$3,000 (three thousand Dominican pesos) will not grant accumulation opportunities and will not be combinable with other deposits to reach the required minimum amount.

There is no limit on the number of electronic tickets that a participant may obtain during the validity of the promotion, provided that they comply with the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions.

To participate in the promotion, the participant must select the promotional code SOCCER at the time of making the deposit, either through the online cashier or at a physical agency. If the deposit is made in cash, the participant must request the cashier to apply the promotional code at the time of the transaction. If the promotional code is not selected into or applied during the deposit process, such deposit will not be considered valid for promotional purposes.

Applicable payment methods will be subject to the conditions, restrictions and regulations specific to each of the methods in force in the Dominican Republic at the time of the transaction.

Accumulation Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)

For the purposes of this promotion, customers belonging to the Diamond and VIP segments of our loyalty program will be eligible for a differentiated accumulation scheme of entries. In this regard, deposits made in amounts equal to or greater than RD$121,000 and less than RD$181,500 will generate double (2x) entries, while deposits equal to or greater than RD$181,500 will generate triple (3x) entries. The application of this benefit will be subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Betcris reserves the right to make any modifications, adjustments, or restrictions to the allocation of these benefits, based on customer behavior.

Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of RD$60,000 or More

Customers whose initial deposit amount is equal to or greater than RD$60,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond category of our loyalty program within a maximum period of 24 hours, acquiring the benefits corresponding to the Diamond level of our Loyalty Program.

In the event that unusual, irregular, or potentially anomalous behavior is detected, Betcris may review, limit, or cancel the granted benefits without prior notice.

Furthermore, all eligible accounts will be subject to subsequent analysis and validation by Betcris as a condition to qualify for and maintain the corresponding benefits.

5. DRAW DATE:
The draw corresponding to the “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” promotion will take place on Monday, July 1, 2026.

The selection of winners will be carried out through the AppSorteos platform, guaranteeing a random and transparent process. For each main winner, one alternate will be designated, who will be contacted only in case the main winner does not respond or cannot be validated. If necessary, alternate winners will continue to be contacted successively until a valid winner is confirmed.

6. COMMUNICATION TO WINNERS:
THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, by telephone call and/or email sent to the email associated with the account and/or messages directed to the telephone number associated with the account, as applicable and depending on the availability of communication channels.

THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) attempts to contact by telephone using the information registered by the participant. If contact cannot be established after such attempts, the participant will lose their status as winner and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with the procedures defined by THE ORGANIZER, without the right to any subsequent claim.

Once the winner responds and effective contact is confirmed, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided that the user has enabled the reception of promotional communications.

After the telephone notification of their status as winner, the participant must send a valid identity document for verification purposes within a maximum period of twelve (12) hours counted from said communication. Once the winner’s identity has been verified, the digital tickets will be sent to the email registered by the winner.

It will be the sole responsibility of the winner to correctly provide their email address and verify receipt of the prize. THE ORGANIZER will not be responsible for errors in the email address provided by the winner, nor for failures attributable to email services, spam filters or any other circumstance beyond its control.

7. PROMOTION PRIZES:
Participants who comply with the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions will enter the draw for one (1) travel package, consisting of a double ticket to attend the Grand Final of the “Mueve al Mundo” Tournament for the winner and one (1) companion.

The winner and their companion shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements requested by the relevant authorities.

If the winner or their companion fail to comply with such requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and make the prize available for the selection of a new winner through a random draw.

Each package includes: 

• Double entry ticket (winner + companion). 

• Accommodation*. 

• Air transportation*.

*The inclusion of accommodation and/or air transportation will be subject to the winner’s country of residence or geographical location, as well as logistical, operational, and availability criteria determined exclusively by THE ORGANIZER.

Betcris operates in other countries, where the promotion will also be available, subject to the laws of each jurisdiction; therefore, the prize will be distributed among these countries, which are: Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Honduras.

The Prize does not include:
Travel visas or other permits necessary for beneficiaries to enjoy the package, including any migration requirement, exit or entry requirement to a country or territory.

Unexpected hotel expenses (e.g.: long-distance calls, room service, laundry, minibar items), loss or damage to hotel property, or other expenses incurred at the hotel.

Any expense that is not part of the scheduled itinerary (e.g.: meals, events, activities outside the program, purchases, transportation to local sites during free time, additional food expenses).

It does not include airfare from any other city in the Dominican Republic to the City of Santo Domingo.

Any other expense not specified in the package.

Any tax, fee or contribution that must be paid on or in relation to participation in the Promotion as well as in obtaining the Prize, and the expenses incurred both to participate in the Promotion and when attending to claim, collect or use the Prizes will be borne exclusively by the Participants.

Participants who obtain entries during this phase will automatically remain participating in Phase 3 corresponding to the draw for the cash prize or consolation prize detailed below.

CASH PRIZE (CONSOLATION PRIZE)
All participants who comply with the conditions described in section four above may participate for a total of RD$180,000.00 divided into seven (07) cash prizes.

This prize corresponds exclusively to a consolation opportunity and does not replace the main prize.

The draw corresponding to the consolation cash prizes will take place on Monday, July 20, 2026, and will be distributed as follows:

The client may choose whether the cash prize will be credited to their Betcris account or if they prefer to receive it in cash.

The prizes:
• Are personal and non-transferable
• Non-redeemable
• Subject to availability

Winners of the cash prizes must claim and complete the validation and acceptance process of the prize no later than July 31, 2026.

In the event that any winner does not complete said process within the indicated period, they will automatically lose the right to the cash prize, without this generating any right to claim, compensation or indemnification, and THE ORGANIZER may freely dispose of the prize in accordance with its internal policies and applicable regulations.

THE ORGANIZER may, in the event of disputes regarding this contest, resolve any situation by making use of the interpretation of this text.

8. COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS:
This promotion may be combined with other current promotions offered by THE ORGANIZER, provided that such promotions allow it in accordance with their respective Terms and Conditions.

Participation and eligibility for the cash prizes associated with the promotion FOOTBALL THAT UNITES US – may be accumulated throughout all phases or stages of the promotion, considering the entries obtained during its validity period.

The delivery of cash prizes will take place once the entire promotion has been completed, on the date established by THE ORGANIZER for the corresponding draw, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By participating in the promotion, players fully accept these Terms and Conditions and indicate their total and unconditional agreement with (a) these Official Rules and (b) the decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which are final and binding.

10. LIMITATIONS TO PARTICIPATE:
Each participant may obtain multiple entries in the promotion according to the deposits made that comply with the established requirements. However, only one account per person will be allowed. Participants who use multiple accounts, identities other than their own, IP addresses, VPNs, devices or any other method in order to alter the normal development of the promotion or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified as a matter of right -.

11. Modifications or changes to the promotion:
THE ORGANIZER – may modify, extend or cancel this promotion at any time with the modification of these rules and with the approval of PROCONSUMIDOR, in which case the modifications, cancellations or extensions will be communicated through THE ORGANIZER’s communication channels.

12. VALID TERRITORY AND MINIMUM AGE OF THE PROMOTION:
The promotion is available only to persons over eighteen (18) years of age and is exclusive to the territory of the Dominican Republic.

13. ADDITIONAL RULES:
All House Rules apply

14. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION:
The promotion will be governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and the corresponding authorities in the Dominican Republic will have jurisdiction, in accordance with the law.

15. RELEASE OF LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER:
By participating in the draw, the participant accepts, releases and holds harmless THE ORGANIZER, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective directors, officers, staff and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Draw or the receipt or use of any prize.

16. USE OF DATA AND IMAGE:
By participating, participants grant THE ORGANIZER an express and free authorization, unless otherwise stated by the participant, to use their name, image and voice for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes directly or indirectly related to this Activity, or in any other campaign, communication or promotional material of THE ORGANIZER, in accordance with applicable regulations.

This authorization includes use in printed, digital, audiovisual media, social networks, internal materials and any other dissemination channel that THE ORGANIZER considers appropriate, for a maximum period of one (1) year after the end of the promotion.

The participant may revoke this authorization at any time, by written communication addressed to THE ORGANIZER, accompanied by a copy of their identity document, without prejudice to uses carried out prior to the date of receipt of such notification.
