 “WELCOMEDO Bonus”

1. This promotion applies exclusively to the first deposit. For the purposes of this promotion, the first deposit is defined as the first funding transaction made by the player after creating their account, which has been verified and approved in accordance with Betcris’ internal procedures.
2. The 200% bonus promotion will be valid from June 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, provided that the player selects the WELCOMEDO bonus in the online cashier at the time of making the deposit. If the bonus is not selected, it cannot be credited later.
3. To participate in this promotion, the player must:
   
   1. Make a minimum first deposit of RD$600 by selecting the WELCOMEDO bonus in the online cashier.
   2. Wager a minimum of RD$15 in real money (cash) on any of the participating casino games listed in these Terms and Conditions.
4. The promotion offers two separate benefits:
   
   1. A 200% bonus on the amount of the first deposit, up to a maximum of RD$12,000, to be used exclusively for sports betting.
   2. 20 free spins on the game “Football Super Spins,” which will be credited automatically once the minimum wagering requirement on the participating casino games has been met.

Although the benefits are credited separately, both are part of the Welcome promotion. Consequently, any withdrawal of a balance or winnings derived from the Sports bonus or the Free Spins will be subject to the full completion of the wagering requirements applicable to the Sports bonus, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. The Sports bonus is subject to a 7X wagering requirement applied to the deposit amount plus the bonus received.

Explanation of the Sports Bonus Rollover Requirements

How is it done?

To meet the Sports bonus wagering requirements, only Sports wagers that meet the following conditions will be counted:

1. For winning sports bets, the lower of the stake and the winnings will be counted.
2. For losing sports bets and PUSH/tie bets, the amount wagered will be counted.
3. VOID wagers, canceled wagers, or wagers settled via cashout do not qualify.
4. Wagers placed on casino games or horse racing will not count toward meeting the rollover requirement.
5. Wagers placed using bonuses or Free Plays will also not be considered.
6. If the player’s total balance (real + bonus) falls to RD$300 or less, the rollover may be considered complete, subject to the system’s internal validations.

Free Spins

The 20 Free Spins will be automatically credited in the game “Football Super Spins” once the player:

1. Make a minimum deposit of RD$600 using the WELCOMEDO
2. Place a bet of at least RD$15 on any of the participating casino games.

Winnings from the Free Spins:

1. As part of a combined Sports and Casino promotion, such winnings may not be withdrawn until the player has met the Sports bonus wagering requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Once the Sports bonus wagering requirements have been met and the account has passed the standard verification process, the winnings may be withdrawn.

The Free Spins will remain valid for 3 calendar days from the date they are credited. Once this period has elapsed, any unused Free Spins will automatically expire.

What happens if I don't complete the rollover?

Until the Sports bonus wagering requirements have been met, the player may not withdraw:

1. The Sports Bonus.
2. Winnings generated from the Sports bonus.
3. Winnings obtained through the Free Spins awarded as part of this promotion.

The foregoing applies because this is a combined promotion in which both benefits are part of the same promotional offer and are subject to the same requirement to complete the sports bonus rollover as a condition for withdrawal.

9. The promotion applies only to payment methods that are eligible for promotions on the platform at the time of deposit (excluding DISASHOP).
10. The 200% bonus offered as part of this promotion may be used exclusively for sports betting.

Betcris reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or withdraw, in whole or in part, any bonus, free play, associated winnings, or promotional benefit, as well as to limit or close accounts when it detects fraudulent or abusive conduct or conduct contrary to the recreational purpose of the promotion, including, but not limited to:
    
    1. Creation or use of multiple accounts by the same player.
    2. Sharing devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or personal information to gain an unfair advantage.
    3. Collusion among players or coordinated betting.
    4. Systematic use of bonuses to circumvent promotional requirements.
    5. Use of automated software, arbitrage, hedging, or other practices that undermine the recreational nature of the promotion.

In such cases, Betcris shall not be obligated to credit bonuses, release funds, or pay out winnings resulting from such conduct.
