Freeplays is a type of bonus awarded when you participate in specific events or social media promotions, which increases your chances of winning when you place a bet, as it has the advantage that you do not risk your money.

Free Play General Rules
- Free Plays can be used in straight and/or combination bets.
- You can use Free Spins in totals, handicap and win lines, both pregame and live, in the following sports:

- Tennis
- E-Sports

- You can check your Free Play balance at the top right of the screen.
- When you win a wager using a Free Play, only the winnings will be credited to your account balance, and the Free Play amount used will be removed.
Free Plays Restrictions
- Each Free Play is valid for 180 days; after that period they lose their validity and cannot be claimed.
- Free Spins are subject to complete a rollover, which varies according to the bonus received before being able to withdraw winnings from your account, taking into consideration that the default rollover is always 1.
- The maximum payout per bet is RD$300,000 or its equivalent in your local currency.
- Free Spins cannot be played on proposition lines , future bets or politics.
- If a Free Play is used on a bet that results in a tie or no action, it is considered a loss and will be removed from your account, with no refund.

1. Promotion Rules:
Each player must place a parlay bet of at least RD$600 (six hundred Dominican pesos), with a minimum of three (3) selections from group stage matches of the World Cup.
This promotion applies to both traditional parlay bets and same-game parlays.
By meeting these criteria, the player will receive triple points (3X BetPoints) up to a maximum of 10,000 BetPoints, regardless of the outcome of the bet.
2. Validity:
This promotion is valid from June 11 through June 27, 2026.
3. Eligibility:
This promotion is available to eligible customers with active accounts in good standing who are enrolled in or participating in the Betcris Loyalty Program.
4. Eligible Bets:
This promotion applies to Traditional Parlay and Same Game Parlay (SGP) sports bets placed on matches in the group stage of the World Cup, which are eligible to earn TRIPLE BetPoints through the Betcris Loyalty Program. For Same Game Parlay (SGP) bets, you must verify that the selected match displays the purple SGP logo among the betting options.
5. Promotion Benefit:
Eligible bets placed during the promotional period will earn three times (3X) the standard BetPoints, up to a maximum of 10,000 BetPoints, based on the customer’s applicable loyalty level within the Betcris Loyalty Program.
6. Calculating BetPoints:
The calculation of BetPoints will continue to be governed by the Betcris Loyalty Program, including the rule that BetPoints are credited based on the lower of the amount wagered or the potential winnings.
7. Eligible Results:
Only bets settled as wins or losses will qualify for BetPoints under this promotion.
8. Ineligible Bets:
The following bets do not qualify for promotional BetPoints:

-Bets with Cash Out
-Push Bets
-No Action Bets
-Cancelled Bets
-Cancelled Bets
-Live betting
-Bets placed before the start of the event
9. Types of Bets:
Traditional Parlay and Same Game Parlay (SGP) bets are eligible for this promotion, provided they meet the conditions set forth in the promotion rules.
10. BetPoints Crediting Time:
The additional promotional BetPoints will be credited within a maximum of seventy-two (72) hours after the eligible bet has been settled.
11. Player Eligibility:
This promotion is intended solely for recreational players. Professional or non-recreational players are not eligible.
12. Jurisdiction:
Only players residing in the Dominican Republic are eligible to participate in this promotion.
13. Account Restrictions:
This promotion is limited to one account per person. Any attempt to abuse the promotion, including but not limited to:
-Multiple accounts
-Fraud
-Collusion
-Any unethical activity
